Shipping Q&A

How long will take to ship my order?

Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation email - all orders will then be processed within 24 hours during business days. If an order falls on the weekend it will expect to ship on Monday. 

You will receive another notification email once your order has shipped. 


Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to Mexico, Canada and the United States but working on shipping to additional destinations!


Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? 

We do not currently offer this service as some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. 


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We create our products in small batch production runs. Since we work with small businesses and produce limited quantities in each run we do not accept returns at the moment.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
