Shipping policy

Palinoh provides express worldwide shipping.

Duties for countries outside the European Union will not be included in the total payment and will not be paid by Palinoh.

It will be the customer's responsibility to pay the duties, if they are present in their country, at the time of delivery of their package. 

In the event that the duties are not paid, the goods will not be delivered and will go into storage.

Subsequently it will be returned to Palinoh which will not take charge of the additional costs for the return.

These cost will be deduced from the customers' final refund. 

Due to local customs policies, some shipments can be considered as commercial imports and not for personal use. Commercial imports require the intervention of a broker to issue the package and in this case customers will be required to choose a broker and pay for the customs clearance service. Unfortunately, the costs related to the disbursement through brokers are charged to the customer.
